INSTRUCTIONS
Discuss with a SKIN representative to ensure your day and times are available for monthly appointments. ( Your appointment will be the same day and time every month, excluding vacations, birthdays, and holidays )
Subscription is available for purchase within the last week of each month to save your slot for the next month. (No exceptions)
Membership Fee: $75
Option 1: $25 towards 2 visits a month
Option 2: $50 towards 1 visit a month
Booking Fee: $25 Exclusive discounts, save on treatments and products year-round
